I know there is a need for recipes for low cost meals. So I am going to write a bunch. My plan is to take $10 worth of food and see how many meals I can make out of it. I, too, have been days away from payday with a bare pantry and only $10 for food. Recently even. On more than one occasion. It sucks. Cooking low-cost meals can be more time-consuming, but it really can save you a lot of money. I know people say that a lot and what people need are grocery lists, recipes, and instructions. I want to help provide that, but I need information. My questions for you are:
- How much do you have to spend a week for food, from whatever income sources?
- How many people do you need to feed?
- Do you have any special dietary requirements?
Please do me a favor and like and share this so I can get as many responses as possible. Thanks!
